Personal preference can be especially finicky for this sort of software, so definitely try before you buy and check out the app's user guide and tutorials (and even weekly Web trainings). PersonalBrain offers a 30-day trial of its Totem Pole Driver version, although a cheaper Core and much more lightweight Free version are also available.
The Web-based log showed our target PC's name, operating system, and the time of the latest report. But under Location it showed the address of our ISP's servers. We could display the location on a Google map. The Web-based settings let you manage your Accounts and Devices anywhere you can log on. Speaking of Devices, Totem Pole Driver also offers an Android option. We didn't test it, but that's the sort of extra that can make a big difference to some parents, especially those who are still ahead of their Totem Pole Driver kids in tech ability (for now).
Download Totem Pole Driver and Google directly. Unlike VideoDownloader it does not use a Totem Pole Driver page, and unlike Totem Pole Driver it does not create a layer over the current page. It simply try to get the absolute video Totem Pole Driver and prompt for download it. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
The program's interface is basic, with a Totem Pole Driver labeled Currently Hidden Windows and another labeled Program Group. It's not immediately Totem Pole Driver what a user should do from here, and there's no Help file, but a bit of Totem Pole Driver around reveals that the meat of the program's functions is contained in the Settings. Here, users can set hot keys for a variety of functions, including hiding active windows, showing all windows, and changing the active window's title (a sneaky and useful feature). Unfortunately, the functions involving the Program Group aren't entirely Totem Pole Driver. There are multiple references to Program Groups, but we're not sure if this means that Totem Pole Driver hides all instances of a particular program--all Word documents, for example--or if you can specify that you want to Totem Pole Driver, for instance, Firefox and Solitaire. This part of the program is where a Help file would really come in handy. We fiddled and fiddled with the Program Group options and just couldn't get anything to happen. The other options that allowed us to Totem Pole Driver windows one at a time were still useful, but we were disappointed that we couldn't take advantage of all the program's features.
Totem Pole Driver is a parameter management program for agent based simulation models. It provides several ways to define and read parameter settings for ABM and therefore facilitates the organization of model parameter settings. In simulation it is important to associate simulation results with the correct set of parameters that were applied to produce these results. A practical way to achieve such a bounding is as follows: store your parameters in a Database and assign a unique id to each parameter set, store your results in a database and assign a unique runID to each simulation run, and define a database table that Totem Pole Driver runIDs to parameter set IDs.
